• Your question and recent conversation context when you use the order concierge.
• Your name, phone number, and event details when you ask the concierge for a catering callback.
• Information you provide by phone, email, or another direct communication with the restaurant.

Please do not submit sensitive information through the website's forms or concierge.

Information collected automatically

When the site is used, hosting, security, analytics, and advertising services may automatically receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, and diagnostic data. Nina's Tacos uses this information to keep the site working, understand aggregate traffic, prevent abuse, and measure site and advertising performance.

Advertising and cookies

The site may use Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, device identifiers, or similar technologies to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure advertising. • Netlify hosts the website and processes the catering form. The order concierge uses a server-side workflow to answer site-related questions and route catering requests.
• A catering request may be forwarded to restaurant staff through email or another notification service so the family can respond.
• Embedded maps and links to DoorDash or social platforms are provided by independent services with their own privacy practices.

How information is used and shared

Information may be used to respond to questions and catering requests, provide site features, operate and secure the website, understand performance, comply with law, and protect the restaurant, customers, or others. It may be shared with service providers that support hosting, analytics, advertising, form delivery, communications, ordering, or site operations. Nina's Tacos does not sell customer contact information as a standalone mailing list.

Retention, security, and children's privacy

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Nina's Tacos does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.

Your choices and contact information
